This hotel truly exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service, delicious dining, and central location. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were nothing short of amazing, especially Tom, who went out of his way to help us retrieve a lost phone. The breakfast spread was fantastic, but I wish there had been more variety for dinner options. Despite this, the value for money is outstanding, especially given the amenities offered.

I enjoyed the relaxing ambiance and delightful afternoon tea, but I found my room a bit warm even with the AC running at times. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I can’t wait to come back.
